I wouldnt say it has a manly smell but it’s definitely not feminine. It’s smells great and burns same as all their other wood wicks. Overall satisfied. (Tunneling in photo is my fault not theirs)

I don't usually care for wooden wicks; I have had two candles that were unburnable due to wooden wicks. This one works with a terrific scent. I would definitely buy this brand and scent again.
Love the manly indulgence line. My husband was wanting candles that didn’t smell like food or potent floral scents so this was perfect!
Just lovely.
It has clean smell but clean like cheap laundry powder and mouthwash mixed together. It is not nice but not completely terrible. It is a candle that I will only burn in the bathroom.

I'm getting Pacific Northwest vibes from this candle. It does have a lighter scent when lit versus unlit. I definitely prefer it lit. But overall, I have a preference for Dark Forest or Winter Woods over Woodland Escape.
I enjoy the “Manly Indulgence” candles. They burn clean, long and have such warm, fresh scent selections. I stock up when the sale is on so I can share them as gifts. Always well received.
I know we are all different in our reviews of these candles, but I will tell you Woodland escape is exactly where it will transport you: somewhere romantic, mysterious, even to a happy place filled with Cypress, pine and mint escapism. The scent is so subtle yet potent. I personally highly recommend it.

We love the Manly Indulgence wooden wick line and this scent didn't disappoint. The cackle of the burning wood with the Woodland Escape sent really set the mood for the winter holidays. I'll order more every Christmas to give my home the fresh cut tree smell (it's not exactly, but close enough to warm the heart and make you smile).

Love the scent
This may be the best smelling candle I have ever experienced. As soon as I light it up I am immediately reminded of hiking and camping excursions as a child. This been a welcomed addition to our house (my office in particular) and has helped me relax throughout the workday. Thanks for making such a great product
Got this candle and immediately put it in my husbands office. The navy color didnt make it pop out so my husband obliged. I lit it and was pleasantly surprised by the nice woodland smell that was not too overpowering.
I really like this candle. It has a great scent, not flowery or overpowering. I have been burning it after cooking in the kitchen to dispel smells. I like that the wick is more like a wood wick than the standard wick that burns down and you have to go digging for it. I really like that it has a lid too that keeps curious pets away when I'm done using it. It even has a good scent uncovered and can act like a little air freshener. This woman is definitely am interested in trying other scents by Manly Indulgence!
This is my first experience with a soy candle and I love it. I chose the Woodland Escape because I dont like my house smelling like food or flowers. I was so happy to see my husband had lit the candle while reading his newspaper in the kitchen one morning. That was definitely his seal of approval! The Manly Indulgence Scented Jar Candle will be a constant in my house from now on. I love it! Try it! Im sure you will like it too.
when i opened the box containing my candle the smell was intense. love to smell it all thru the house what a wonderful clean smell. covers up pet odor in the house and fills whole house with such a wonderful smell. would love to have more of them to try each scent.
I really have never seen such a beautiful crafted candle like this one. It is in a beautiful glass jar with a very heavy wooden top. It has a wooden wick not a flimsy wax one. The scent is one of the best I have ever smelled. It is so soothing and refreshing. I also love that it is a soy based candle and made in the USA. It also has a long burn time around 60 hrs. which is great. I would definitely recommend this beautiful designed candle.
It is very hard for me to choose a candle scent online based off of description alone but I am very pleased with my choice. At first I didn't think the smell was strong enough so I moved it into my living room. The longer it burns the stronger the scent becomes. It isn't necessarily a manly scent but is definitely a deeper, earthier scent. I enjoy it very much.
Boy, was my boyfriend excited when I got this candle! No more overwhelming candle smells for his delicate nose, just a simple outdoorsy scent to complement his man-musk. This smelled great, we even took it camping with us to add a little extra "forest" smell to the Great Smokey Mountains!
I've put easily 6 or 7 hours of burn time on the candle and it's barely 1/4th of the way down, so no telling how long it'll actually last! It's easily the prettiest candle I own and smells the best, too!
This Manly Indulgence Scented Jar Candle ,Signature Collection Woodland Escape came so well packaged in its shipping box that I don't think ANYTHING could have happened to it! And the hot throw on it filled my livingroom. This particular one reminds me of Christmas. It definitely takes you outdoors with that woodsy scent. I love it!
Great candle! I put this in my husbands man cave and we both love it! He loves it because it doesn't smell like a floral shop exploded and I love it because it doesn't smell like the token drug store colognes that every other masculine scented thing smells like.
