Return Policy

We're sorry you need to return your Colonial Candle® product. Let Us Help.

To return your shipment, please contact the customer service department at 1-866-445-9993 or email customerservice@colonialcandle.com with name and order number. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Please understand that we do not offer returns, exchanges or credit on items in products the Clearance section of our website. All other merchandise on colonialcandle.com can be returned for a replacement or a refund within 30 days from purchase date.

Did you purchase your Colonial Candle product at a physical store or online marketplaces (Ex. Amazon, Wayfair)? Please return or exchange your product at the location or marketplace where you purchased it.

Please note, the returned products must be in the original packaging. If you no longer have your packing slip, please put all of the information on a separate sheet of paper, including your order number, mailing address and phone number, along with the item description. 

Credits for returns will be refunded to the original credit card used to place the order. Once the credit has been requested, refunds can take up to 7 - 10 business days.

For order or shipping issues, please contact the customer service department at 1-866-445-9993 or email customerservice@colonialcandle.com with your name and order number. We will work with you to correct the issue.

In some cases, our shipping carriers show that a delivery was completed, but a customer doesn't find their products. We do not guarantee a replacement in this scenario, but we do want to help you. Please call our customer service team.

Please keep in mind that colors appear differently on different computer monitors and mobile devices. While we strive to accurately show our beautiful color palette online, differences may occur based on the make and model of your computer monitor or mobile device.

Damaged Product:
For product that has arrived damaged, it is not necessary to return the product. Please email a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement order.

Promotions with Gift Cards:
In the case that a customer receives a gift card as part of a promotion and then returns any product that qualified them for that gift card promotion, a refund less the value of the gift card they received may be offered.


Please note, the returned products must be in the original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. If you no longer have your packing slip, please put all of the information on a separate sheet of paper, including your order number, mailing address and phone number, along with the item description, and include it with the return.
