These candles are top quality and exactly what I was looking for. They are elegant and look formal in my brass candlesticks and sconces.
The 8” Indigo Classic Tapers I ordered are beautiful. The color is rich and saturated. The shape is classic and stately. These candles add a depth of elegance to my home decor that other tapers were unable to add. I will order from Colonial Candle again.

Back in the ‘70’s my family’s business sold Colonial Candles. A lot more expensive now, but worth the money. Unless in a heavy draft, they are truly droplets & burn about 1” per hour. Solid color…no white center!

Why don’t you make 12” indigo candles any more?
I am so happy that I bought these! The indigo color is just a perfect shade of blue for my dining room. I’ve enjoyed lighting these and elevating a basic weeknight meal in the gloomy days of January! My 90 year old mother has used these candles for years for parties and I just found out they were Colonial Candles and ordered some for myself. Im so glad I did!
I have been a fan of Colonial Candles for 40+ years. My mom owned a decor/gift shop in the 1970s-1980s and sold them at her store. They are simply the best. Deep colors, smokeless, dripless, long lasting. Had them lit for a small dinner party over the weekend and my guests all decided they needed to burn more candles too!
