I have been buying Colonial Candles 12" taper candles for over 30 years. No other brand of taper performs as well as these. They last for hours and are drip free. I really like their tall, but simple and pared down style. They always make my dinner table and parties look elegant and cozy at the same time. I highly recommend them!

I have been buying your candles for about 40 years and can find no fault. A;though they are supposed to be drip-less, I have yet found a candle that doesn't to some extent. I have found your candles are the cleanest. When you have a group of people around a dinning table talking, air movement is created and the candles can't help but drip. I rarely buy anything but the white classic candle, because when it does drip, it doesn't stain my good linens.. Colored candles do, and I use them only for the Christmas Holiday, and then only on a tray or plate to catch the drips.
That being said, your candles burn evenly and at a very bright, even ,slow rate. We experience frequent power outages here in the foothills of the Sierras, and I have noticed that they burn at about 1-inch per hour. Very economical.
