I was introduced to your candles in 1989 when I was the caretaker of an estate in Sharon Ct. They were the longest lasting, most beautiful and elegant. When I went back to school and started my own career, I always bought them and still do to this day. They are the most beautiful for ANY home and the highest quality. Love these candles - they are perfect for my dining room and the color is absolutely lovely.
I have used your candles for over 22 years. I received the wrong color candles after asking Customer Service (CS) for a Williamsburg Blue, colonial Blue, muted grey NOT a Baby Blue. Your website has Wedgwood Blue and the Coastal Blue as the same photo. I was advised by CS to go with Coastal which is turned out to be Baby Blue. I called CS requesting a prepaid mailing label to return the two boxes, asking to speak to CS supervisor, disconnected once, left message 2nd time. I have photos of website to prove my issue of misrepresentation of produce. Today I called my credit card to check with my options after doin do diligence. The charge has been halted. I am awaiting a call from you to resolve the issue [****].

Order was easy to place, delivery was fast and the candles look great, burn without smell, and last a long time. However, the base is not wide enough for my silver candelabra and the candles cannot state straight unless I secure them with a little melted wax. I wish there was a choice of base thickness for a better fit.
