I'm normally fussy when it comes to candles, because I normally have problems with the scent being off or non noticeable, or they don't burn correctly which causes really bad wax tunneling. However, this candle did not disappoint. It has a wonderful scent which you can really smell the spices, such as the clove with a touch of cinnamon. The other scents like the patchouli, and vanilla musk are mild, but you can smell that it's there. The scent itself is strong enough to fill my kitchen, but anything larger like a very large open space, you would probably need multiple candles of the same scent. It has a clean burn to it. There's been no sooting, the wicks don't mushroom up and need constant trimming, and it melts clean, meaning no worries about wax tunneling. The only wax I've been seeing on the side is after I blow the candle out, let is harden, then re-burn it the following day, which is no big deal.
