received wrong items

What I received was not the Luxury Elegance Dining Set, Pack of 3. The colors were right but only the green was the 10" candle, the red and white were 12" candles. All candles were hand dipped tapers, not the classic colonial style. When I emailed Colonial Candle about the error, I never got even and acknowledgement of the email, let alone an answer. First time Colonial Candle has let me down. Very disappointed and unhappy.
