Candle Lid looks used and it’s all scratched

I emailed back right away stating that this candle looks used the lid is scratched and it’s all discolored and the candle inside doesn’t look nice at all it’s cloudy in some areas I can’t give it to somebody as a gift it looks horrible and I asked for it to be exchanged and I have not heard back
