Got this as an early Christmas gift and I couldn’t resist lighting it up. I haven’t used Colonial’s candles much in the past but if they’re anything like this, consider me a convert.
Slow burn, adorable jar. The fragrance is a powerhouse of fruit with christmasy spices. It’s so good and im addicted. Going to buy another one to have as backup since I plan on burning through the rest of the year!!
I bought the red currant as part of a Christmas 3 candle deal. I love the other two as Colonial is the one candle company that smells as great burning as it does before. The red currant is not a favorite. The other two balsam and clove and winter fleece are just lovely. I also bought winter woods which is my favorite.

This candle is a perfect scent for the holidays! It has a warm berry scent that is a combination of both sweet and tart. I love walking into a room and smelling this scent. It reminds me of the holidays. This is a 3 wick candle that burns evenly and last for quite some time. I have been burning it almost daily for about 3 weeks and there is still lots of candle left to burn. You will love welcoming guests into your home when you burn this candle.
Red Currant Cider is going to be perfect for the holiday season. I've lit it a few times to test it out, but I want to save for closer to Christmas to just wrap me with the scent of the holidays. It's a very unique fragrance of cinnamon, cedarwood, pomegranate, red currant, peppercorn and more that blends together nicely.
This candle gets me in the holiday mood. It is fruity but not too sweet. The red color is so appealing and lovely. I love multiwick candles because they burn all the way across. I appreciate this because then I don’t waste any of the candle. The label is sleek and classy. I would enjoy having this candle in every room of the house and plan to give some as gifts as well. This is my new favorite!
I love the size of the candle as well as the jar the candle is in but the spice smell is far too strong. if it was slightly less, it would be fantastic.
