Galentine's Day Decoration Inspiration

Galentine's Day: a holiday created by Leslie Knope, a character from the quirky, yet lovable show, Parks and Recreation. It's a holiday that has been eagerly adopted by mothers and daughters of any age, and girlfriends and gal pals from all walks of life. Even though the show's final episode aired nearly four years ago, Galentine's festivities still run rampant every February 13th.

In honor of this celebration of girl power, we've put together a little showcase of our favorite Galentine's inspired table decorations.

This adorable decor is from a House of Hood Galentine's Day blog post. Unlike the majority of G-Day party decorations, this tablescape is very easy to replicate. The table has a roll of white paper running down the middle with a cute and simple XO pattern painted throughout. Scattered around the paper tablerunner are fresh flowers, candle holders and pink tealights. Perched atop the corner cabinet are a variety of pink-colored streamers and a simple candleabra with handipt taper candles
